You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also log into your account on our website and check your order status. 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that some products are made to order, and the shipping time may be longer. You will be notified if your order will take longer than the standard shipping time. 

Delivery timeframes vary based on the shipping method and destination. The estimated delivery time will be 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

We accept returns of most of our products, except for perishable items, gift cards, and digital products. The item(s) must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were when they were delivered. You have up to 07 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. For more details, please visit our Return Policy page. (Change of mind is not applicable.)

We accept all major credit cards, Jazzcash, and Easypaisa in Pakistan and Payoneer for internationally.

Yes, we ship internationally to select countries. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination. You may be responsible for additional customs fees, taxes, or duties.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once the order has been processed.
